Manufactured Home Communities Across the Southeast

My name is Greg Rutlidge And I live at 810 Lookout Dr I retired from a long career as a mechanical engineer. I’ve had the privilege of living in 13 different states, and seen most of the country. My last contract before I retired was in South. Dakota. I knew I didn’t want to retire there, so I started looking for a new place in the south. After many days of searching, and searching, I found City view and fell in love with the pictures…And that was it. I bought the place sight unseen over the internet. I’ve been here for 3 months and I absolutely love this place. The park is always clean, all of the neighbors are great, I am so glad I picked this place. And if it weren’t for Joel, I may not have. He is a great property manager, and I hope he is here forever.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move to this community. A quiet, friendly and affordable neighborhood is what we were looking for and we found our own brand new home here. Joel was helpful from our first visit to completing our application, moving in, and is continuously here to help. Thank you Joel for helping to make our move a little less stressful.

I moved to the morning view community in 2007. I chose this community because the lots were bigger. I was able to put a fence up for dogs and have a small shed. The community is very quiet and I feel safe here. There are some beautiful homes here to buy. I think in this economy the prices are reasonable.

My name is Judy Miller and my husband Jim and our dog Deogie moved to City View last February. We have found living here very pleasant and peaceful. When we first came to visit City View, we noticed how it had paved streets, sidewalks and front porches. It looked like a small American town and many of us have our flags flying this July 4th. Many things around the community are getting completed and several new families have moved in. Everyone we have met has been so friendly and been willing to help occasionally or just stop and talk on a walk by. The reason everything runs so smoothly here at City View is because of our property manager, Joel. He is always available to answer any questions and ready at a moments notice to help a couple of “oldies” like us to carry in some heavy boxes, etc. Joel does a lot for this community in keeping it safe and the speed limit down for families moving in. I think that this is a wonderful place to live and also close to many amenities. We really love it here and look forward to being part of this community.

Under the new management I can see improvements and progress to the community. Removal of dead and diseased trees. Although a lot more trees need removed it shows tenets that management is looking out for tenets safety. Removal of older ruined down mobile homes lots cleaned and prepared for newer mobile homes. Hiring Amy as property manager her experience and personality are appreciated. She knows how to work with people to help these improvements be completed. It will be wonderful to live in a well maintained community.
